The Census Bureau released its latest quarterly report for Q4 2025 showing the latest homeownership rate is at 65.7%, up 0.4 percentage points from in Q3. The seasonally adjusted Q4 number is at 65.5%, up 0.2 percentage points from the previous quarter.
