Listing prices across the U.S. posted their steepest decline in almost a decade last month, according to a report Wednesday from Realtor.com. The median listing price nationwide stood at $429,500 in May, an annual decline of 2.4% and the biggest yearly drop recorded since 2017, the online property portal said.
